Aroma Restaurant & Venue ("Aroma", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote, book our venue, place an order or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Name, phone number, email address, event date and time, guest count, pickup or delivery address, your menu choices, and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, confirm and fulfill your order or booking, send order and event updates, answer your questions, and, only if you agree, send you offers, specials and event news.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to text messages, we will text you about your quote, order or booking and, if you agreed, about offers and specials. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your quote in progress and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the business (for example messaging, payment, scheduling and email providers), when the law requires it, or with your consent.

Retention and your choices
